Ana Paula Brandão is a recognized leader in the social field, whose journey combines humanity, knowledge, and a strong commitment to collective transformation. Stability and loyalty to the institutions where she works mark her trajectory and reflect her dedication to structural causes.

After 20 years at Canal Futura/Roberto Marinho Foundation, she began a new chapter five years ago at ActionAid Brazil, where she serves as co-executive director, responsible also for Programmatic Area and leads Project Seta, an innovative initiative aimed at promoting gender and racial equity through anti-racist education.
She recently completed her master’s degree with the research “A Political and Institutional Evaluation of the Program ‘A Cor da Cultura’”, reaffirming her contribution to strengthening public policies and educational practices focused on social justice.
She is a specialist in anti-racist education, feminism, intersectionality, climate justice, and the fight against structural racism.

Após 20 anos de atuação no Canal Futura/Fundação Roberto Marinho, iniciou, há cinco anos, uma nova etapa na ActionAid Brasil, onde exerce o cargo de co-diretora executiva e responsável pela programática, onde lidera o Projeto Seta, iniciativa inovadora voltada à promoção da equidade de gênero e raça por meio da educação antirracista.
Recentemente, concluiu seu mestrado, com a pesquisa “Uma avaliação político-institucional do Programa ‘A Cor da Cultura’”, onde reafirma sua contribuição para o fortalecimento de políticas públicas e práticas educativas voltadas à justiça social.
É especialista em educação antirracista, feminismo, interseccionalidade, justiça climática e enfrentamento ao racismo estrutural.
